The place for Christ & Community
Our vision is to impact youth of the broader Kelloggsville community to excel in their character, faith, intellect, and ability. Through creative year-round programming, inspiring relationships, and Christ-centered team members, we work with the youth of our community to bring to life their God given talents and potential. Our work is strengthened through a broad and diverse ministry team, educational institution partnerships, growing support from businesses, and innovative partnerships with like-minded organizations. Equipped with the love of Christ, we actively and wisely invest in the hearts, souls, and minds of those we serve.
The Dock Ministries Staff
Craig Van Hill - Director
Email: thedockdirector@gmail.comI joined the staff in October of 2019. The journey to this position brought me from South Dakota, to Iowa, then to Michigan, west to Wisconsin and then back to Grand Rapids. During those years I served as a solo pastor, youth pastor, lawn care expert, landscaper, and maintenance supervisor. God has also given me a love of woodworking, camping, gardening, and hiking. I am blessed to share my life with my lovely wife, Dominique and four children: Parker, Sutton, Eli, and Lucy. Although there have been many rocky years God has always walked with me. He has now brought me to this place at this time and I am eager to see what He has in store for the Dock, myself, and everyone that is a part of this ministry.
